When trying to join us, you get a notification from system, as below:

It means that: the email has been used to register at our system before.

STEP 1) You just click on FORGOT tag, fill in the blank box, as bellow:

STEP 2) Check your mailbox

Click on the link sent from UQUID to reset your password. Log in using the password provided by UQUID .

STEP 3) Fill in the blank, using the OTP login email authentication that UQUID has been sent into your mailbox.

STEP 4) Log in successfully , recommend to go to " Account detail" to update you new password.
