To take back your password, please follow this step-by-step guide:

- Step 1: Click the “Login/Register” button on the top right-hand side of the website.

- Step 2: Click the "Forgot?" tab (as the picture shows)

- Step 3: Fill in the blank box with your registered email address. Then click "Submit" We will send a reset password to your email.

- Step 4: Check your mailbox. Click on the link sent from UQUID to reset your password. Log in using the password provided by UQUID.

- Step 5: Fill in the blank, using the OTP login email authentication that UQUID has been sent into your mailbox.

- Step 6: Log in successfully, recommend going to "account detail" to update your new password.
