If you wish to cancel/return your order, you must notify us within 14 days (starting on the day after you receive the goods) and then you have 14 days to return the items. Please allow 10 days for returns to be inspected and appear on your statement. Details of returns will be shown on the UQUID account. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods. 




To exercise these rights, you simply need to give us clear notice of your intention to return a product or cancel an order. You can notify us by sending an e-mail to support@uquid.freshdesk.com




Once you have notified us of your intention to return the product, simply return the product to us with the original receipt, original packaging and any included accessories. You have 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return or cancel a service contract to return your products or arrange for them to be picked up.

A digital product key can be returned for a refund if there's a problem with the product code itself (it's either invalid or has been used previously).

If you have a problem with your purchased key, please contact our customer support team via email support@uquid.freshdesk.com. 

In case you changed your mind after ordering and want to return the product key for a refund, this is unfortunately impossible. Uquid is a marketplace for digital keys, not a platform, and the seller of your product is not a direct publisher of the key, so they have no technical means to revoke or deactivate a viewed key.
