If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. Please allow 10 days for returns to be inspected and to show on your statement. Details of returns will show on uquid account.
This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.
To exercise these rights, you need only provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order.
You can notify us by sending an email to supprort@uquid.freshdesk.com.
Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply return the product with the original receipt, original packaging and its included accessories to us. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return or cancel a service contract to then return your products or arrange for their collection.
