Del 26 de septiembre al 1 de octubre del 2022, Cubacel/ETECSA, realizará una promoción de Recarga Internacional “Triplica tu Saldo”. Los clientes que reciban una recarga internacional - igual o superior a 500.00 CUP y hasta 1250.00 CUP- tendrán la posibilidad que se le triplique el dinero recargado en su saldo principal. El saldo principal mantiene su período de vigencia de 330 días a partir de recibida la recarga.
Por ejemplo: Recarga internacional equivalente a 700.00 CUP recibirá 2100.00 CUP en su saldo principal.

Un cliente puede efectuar múltiples recargas, siempre y cuando no supere el monto máximo establecido para su cuenta principal y para los bonos.
Mientras esta condición se cumpla, podrá recargar y recibirá la suma del saldo principal. De sobrepasar estas cifras, no podrá seguir recargando.Después de haberse efectuado una recarga durante la promoción, el usuario recibe una notificación con el siguiente texto: “Usted recibió una recarga de XXXX.XX CUP. Transacción YYYYYYY. Por promoción Triplica tu saldo, usted tiene XXXX.XX CUP”.
El cliente recibirá un SMS de umbral de tiempo cuando resten pocos días para que se cumpla la fecha de vencimiento del bono.
La consulta del saldo se realiza a través de *222# y es libres de costo para el cliente.
