Do you need help with an Xbox code that you have purchased? In this article we will explain everything so that you will know exactly how to use/activate this product on your Xbox console. 


The code must use the same currency as your account
Note that the currency visible in the Xbox Store must match the currency of the code you are purchasing. Did you buy a code for the wrong currency and don't manage to redeem it? Please contact us with your order number and/or e-mail address.

Code redemption via Xbox console

  • Go to the Xbox Store from your Xbox home screen.
  • Go to the Games menu to click Use a code.
  • Enter the code and activate your product.
  • Your code has been successfully redeemed.

Code redemption via browser (any device)

  • Go to the Xbox website.
  • Log in with your Xbox account.
  • Click your account name at the top right.
  • Click on Activate code.
  • Enter the code and activate your product.
  • Your code has been successfully redeemed.


Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Trial - Xbox Live Key 

WARNING! This product is a TRIAL version and works for New Xbox accounts only (that never had a subscription before). These codes are non-stackable.

Activation on Xbox:

3. Go to Store -> Subscriptions and click "Redeem code"

2. Go to: https://redeem.microsoft.com (the proper region should appear in brackets next to your login)

3. Enter the 25-character code and then press Next

4. Select payment info required for activation: Credit card or PayPal (will be not charged now and you can disable it after activation)

5. After redemption, you can set the region back (if you changed it)

Error messages / error codes

Do you get an error message saying that your code has already been used? As soon as we have received the payment, your code will be activated (= made usable) and delivered immediately. This makes it technically impossible for your code to be already used before you received it. This error is probably a technical issue that happened when you redeemed the code the first time. The steps below can sometimes help to solve this problem.

  • Make sure you have redeemed the code on the correct account (for example, you redeemed the code on account A while logged in with account B).
  • Check the transaction history of the account where you redeemed the code.
  • Restart the device and log in again. This ensures that your credit is updated.
