  • Reach Out to Steam Support: To assist our support team in processing your refund or replacement, you must contact Steam support. Request the time of redemption for the Steam key you purchased from Uquid.


  • Take a Screenshot: Once you receive confirmation from Steam support regarding the time of redemption, take a screenshot of the conversation. Ensure that the Steam key and the time of redemption are clearly visible in the screenshot.


  • Send the Screenshot to Uquid: After taking the screenshot, send it back to our support team. This will provide us with the necessary information to process your refund or replacement request. Only Steam can confirm the time of redemption for the key since it was generated by them.
