So once you’ve got a Google Play Gift Card from Uquid, how can you activate it? Learn how to activate your Google Play Gift Card and start enjoying your purchase in no time with our step-by-step guide.


Step 1: Start the Play Market application and sign into your account.


Step 2: In the top left-hand corner of the screen, click on the menu symbol.


Step 3: In the pop-up menu, click the "Redeem" icon.


Step 4: Enter the code you received from Uquid in the activation window and click "Redeem".


Step 5: In the pop-up message press on "Add item”. The product has been activated and added to your Google account. You can use it right away!


Google need more information to redeem your gift card?



Looks like one of these reasons is causing the issue:


1/ Due to either your Google Play profile lacking certain details;

2/ Or other account-related issues on Google Play’s side.


This is quite easy to fix! Simply follow our guide below:


  • Fill out the following form HERE
  • When asked for the front and back pictures of the gift card, state that it is a digital purchase; 
  • Submit the form;
  • Then contact the Google Play team directly via this website HERE
  • Let them know that you are unable to activate your purchased key. Have already filled in the required form. 
  • Their team then will verify the situation and resolve it for you.
  • In case they do confirm that there is a direct issue with the key, please take a screenshot of their reply and send it our way. Remember to have a full-screen screenshot of the response, with the key visible, and I’ll gladly take it from there.


Google refuses to redeem your key after you have filled in all the information?




After you have filled in all the information but Google refuses to redeem your key, this problem may occur from your account information not matching the region where the card is used. 


We recommend that you contact the Google Support team again and ask them about the detailed reason why you were denied to use the card, or try submitting again with the correct information as we mentioned in the email above. 


It's important to ensure that the account information corresponds with the region specifications of the gift card. As this particular product is region locked, we advise you to review your account settings thoroughly. Confirm that your region is correctly set to the region in which the card is used to enable the activation and use of this card.
