I placed an order at UQUID Digital Shop but didn't receive anything, what should I do? If you ever find yourself in the mentioned, please don't worry. Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to get your purchased product information.


If you placed an order at UQUID but didn't receive anything, the first thing you should do is check your order status. To do this, click on the "Account" icon, choose "Orders History" in the right sidebar menu, and click on your recent order.



Next, check your order "Execution Status". If the Execution Status is "Processing" as shown in the picture below, which means your placed order is currently being processed by our system. 

Normally, the product you purchased should be delivered instantly. While processing delays are rare, they might still happen due to unexpected system maintenance or high-demand periods. However, rest assured that we are working around the clock to process your order ASAP.


On the other, if the Execution Status is "Completed", which means your order has been successfully delivered. Kindly click on the "Reveal Key" button to check your product details.


If you are using your mobile phone to complete an order at UQUID, here is how to get check the order status and get the product details.


First, you should also check your order status. If the Execution Status is "Processing", which means we are still processing your order and you should receive your product details in a few minutes.


Meanwhile, if your Execution Status is "Completed", you will receive an "Order Confirmation/ Created" email from UQUID. This email includes your Order ID, and Order Date along with your purchased product details.


After, we will also send an "Order Completed" email to your order email address. Kindly recheck your mailbox along with the spam/junk folder to locate it. Once you have found the mentioned email, click on the hyperlink 7-digit order ID. You will then be directed to the Order Details page.


Finally, click on the "Reveal Key" button to check your product information. Make sure to use the "Copy" button when redeeming/ activating your code to avoid any typos.
