Your order processing time will depend on the product you purchased, normally it takes just a few minutes.


After you have successfully placed the order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation/ Created" email and an "Order Completed" email from UQUID. Make sure to check your mailbox along with the spam/junk folder to locate them.


If you have yet to receive the "Order Confirmation/ Created" email from UQUID, you should recheck the order status. If the order Payment Status is "Processing", it means that you have not completed the payment for your order. The order then will be canceled after 3 hours without payment completion.


Meanwhile, if the Execution Status is "Processing", which means your placed order is currently being processed by our system. Normally, the product you purchased should be delivered instantly. While processing delays are rare, they might still happen due to unexpected system maintenance or high-demand periods. However, rest assured that we are working around the clock to process your order ASAP.
