How to redeem
To redeem your Prepaid Card, please follow these simple instructions:
- If your payment card has value under $50:
1. Go to https://www.myprepaidcenter.com/redeem and enter the code.
2. Complete the online registration page and accept the cardholder agreement and e-sign agreement, then you will be able to view your 16-digit card number, expiration date, security information, where your card can be used, available balance, transaction
- If your payment card has value below $50:
1. Visit the official website of My Prepaid Center at https://mygiftcardredemption.com/redeem and enter your phone number
2. Enter the One-Time Code you received on your phone.
3. Complete the online registration page and accept the cardholder agreement and e-sign agreement, then you will be able to view your 16-digit card number, expiration date, security information, where your card can be used, available balance, transaction

1. Does this Prepaid Mastercard expire?
Make sure to redeem your gift card code within 6 months after the purchase. Once redeemed, you receive your instant Mastercard details, which are also valid for a period of 6 months. Log into your MyPrepaidCenter account to check your card details and transaction history at any time.
2. Is the Prepaid Mastercard reloadable?
No, your virtual prepaid card is not reloadable and cannot be transferred. You can pay with it as often as you’d like until the balance reaches zero.
3. How can I check my prepaid virtual Mastercard balance?
Simply log into your MyPrepaidCenter account to view the remaining balance and transaction history of your card(s).
4. Can I use this Prepaid Mastercard outside the U.S.?
Yes! Use this card online with a 2% foreign exchange fee for purchases outside the U.S. Any exceptions can easily be found on the list of prohibited countries.
5. Are there any fees when using a virtual Mastercard eGift Card?
A transaction fee of up to 2% will be applied to any payments made outside the U.S. Some merchants may charge a small transaction fee, conversion fee or holding/authorization fee as well. These varying possible fees depend on the merchant. Make sure your available balance can cover any possible merchant fees to avoid your card being declined. Log into your MyPrepaidCenter account to find the terms and conditions or cardholder agreement of your card.
6. What are the restrictions for paying with an instant Mastercard Gift Card?
Your Mastercard eGift Card cannot be used for recurring bill payments, memberships, subscriptions, hotel or car rental reservations, withdrawing cash from ATMs or in these prohibited countries. Depending on the merchant, split-tender payments may be declined
7. What are common reasons why this Prepaid Mastercard is declined?
Prepaid Mastercard Gift Cards sometimes get declined for one of the following reasons:
- You tried to use it for a recurring bill, subscriptions or reservation, which put a hold on the available funds for up to 30 days.
- The merchant does not accept Mastercard Debit Cards or Discover® Cards.
- The merchant does not allow “split tender” or partial payments with a prepaid card.
- The balance on the card might not be enough to cover the amount of the purchase plus a possibly added transaction or conversion fee.
- You select “debit” instead of “credit” when given the option.
- You attempted to use it in a prohibited country.
- The billing address you entered at the merchant website is not the same as the one you entered when you created the virtual card in your account.
