1. If I live abroad, can I have a TONEO FIRST Card?
Any holder of a TONEO FIRST Mastercard must reside in French territory. Proof of address less than 3 months old will attest to your residence. This supporting document must be sent to the Validation department which will check its authenticity. To do this, upload your proof by logging into your Personal Space or from your smartphone via the TONEO FIRST application - "My info" tab > "Upload my documents".
2. Is the TONEO FIRST Card accessible to everyone and usable anywhere in the world?
Yes, provided that the usual use of the TONEO FIRST card takes place on French territory. Beyond 3 consecutive months of use abroad – whether for leisure or business travel – your card(s) will be blocked.
3. Does the TONEO FIRST Card work like a traditional bank card?
