If your QR code is not showing like the image below, please follow the instruction below to get your eSim manually:
1. Copy the Pin code as highlighted in the image.
2. Paste the PIN code in to the "Text" section via QR code generator site: https://www.the-qrcode-generator.com/(note: make sure that you leave no spaces in the Pin code)
3. Scan the QR code after you generated on the right side.

3. How to fix this issue
- First you must check your Phone model, making sure that your phone support eSims
- Remove eSims that you no longer use on the phone, sometimes too many eSim could cause issue like this.
- If you're using iPhone, you can verify if your device is locked by following the steps below:
1. Go to Settings > General, and tap About
2. Under Carrier Lock, you should see the message: No SIM restrictions
3. If the Carrier Lock field says something different, the device is locked and the only way you can resolve this is contact your phone carrier and ask them to unlock your iPhone, then you should be able to use the eSim.
