  • Mobile Recharge: No returns or refunds once the order is completed. For issues, contact Uquid Support within 72 hours of purchase.
  • Direct Top-up: Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Digital Products: All gift cards, game cards, payment cards, and vouchers are non-returnable. If you encounter an issue with your code or redemption process, contact Uquid Support within 15 days of purchase.


II. Exclusions


  • Refunds will not be provided for:


                       - Customer errors (e.g., purchasing the wrong product).

                       - Change of mind or dissatisfaction after receiving the product.

  • Payment Gateway Fees: These fees are non-refundable.


                      Example: Binance Pay fees cannot be refunded.

                      Some gateways (e.g., Crypto.com Pay, Telegram Star) may allow refunds to your account balance.
