UQUID Shop (shop.uquid.com) allows you to purchase digital products and services using cryptocurrency (Pay with Crypto), including USDT, BTC, ETH, and more.
1. Pending – Payment Not Received Yet
What does “Pending” mean?
Your order has been created, but payment has not been received or confirmed yet.
Common reasons
- You haven’t completed the crypto payment
- Transaction is not confirmed on the blockchain
- Payment was sent after expiration time
What should you do?
- Complete your payment using Pay with Crypto
- Double-check:
- Correct wallet address
- Correct network (ERC20, TRC20, etc.)
- Correct amount
Need help?
If you already paid but the order is still Pending, contact support via email ( suppor@uquid.freshdesk.com) with:
- Order ID
- TX Hash (transaction ID), coin and network information
- or the screenshot of payment receipt if you've paid via CEX like Binance pay, Kucoin pay, Bybit Pay, Gateio pay...
2. Processing – Payment Received, Order in Progress
What does “Processing” mean?
Your crypto payment has been received, and your order is being processed on UQUID Shop.
What’s happening?
- Blockchain confirmation completed
- System is delivering your product
What should you do?
- Please wait (usually a few minutes)
- Do NOT create another order
When to contact support?
If your order remains Processing for more than 30–60 minutes, please provide:
- Order ID
- TX Hash/ payment receipt
3. Completed – Your Order is Ready
What does “Completed” mean?
Your order has been successfully fulfilled on UQUID Shop, and your product is ready.
How to get your product
- Go to shop.uquid.com
- Access Order History
- Click Order Detail
- Select “Show Key”
Uquid also sent the order link to your email/ telegram after payment ( option depends on how you checked out) , so please check Inbox or Spam/Junk folder as well.
Important
- Save your code immediately
Some digital vouchers have expiration dates—please make sure to use them before they expire.
4. Cancelled – Order Not Completed
What does “Cancelled” mean?
Your order could not be processed successfully.
Common reasons
- Payment not completed in time
- Payment expired
- System or supplier issue
What should you do?
- If you did NOT pay → no action needed
- If you already paid → check refund status
5. Refund – Payment Returned
What does “Refund” mean?
Your order failed, and your crypto payment has been refunded.
What happens next?
- Refund is sent back to your original wallet
Refund time
- Usually 5–30 minutes
- Depends on blockchain network
What should you do?
Check your wallet
For refunded orders, the money is automatically returned to the original wallet used at checkout.
* If you paid using a centralized exchange (CEX) payment service like Binance Pay, Gate.io Pay, KuCoin Pay, or Bybit Pay, please check your wallet balance on that platform.
* If you used on-chain payment, the refund will be added to your UQUID balance.
Simply log into your account at shop.uquid.com, click on My Wallet, then select Available to view the funds.
You can either use this balance at checkout or withdraw it if you prefer.
